Gavin’s path to engineering consultancy is unique. Starting his career working directly on-site, he gained an invaluable, ground-level understanding of construction before transitioning to formal study, where he earned a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering.

This dual perspective—practical and theoretical—fuels his passion for optimizing how projects are delivered. His expertise is proven on a national scale, having completed structural designs for some of the largest, heaviest, and most expensive landmark buildings in the UK, winning multiple awards. As a Lean Six Sigma consultant, he brings this same pursuit of excellence to process, actively implementing cutting-edge project management and continuous improvement frameworks.
