    This dual perspective\u2014practical and theoretical\u2014fuels his passion for optimizing how projects are delivered. His expertise is proven on a national scale, having completed structural designs for some of the largest, heaviest, and most expensive landmark buildings in the UK, winning multiple awards. As a Lean Six Sigma consultant, he brings this same pursuit of excellence to process, actively implementing cutting-edge project management and continuous improvement frameworks.
